We are sorry that you are disappointed but we do advise customers that personalised products WILL be created exactly how the customer types it in and to please double and triple check how you have typed your wording/dates ect.
Over the last 3.5 years we have sold that many of these signs , and because we offer additional plaques to be added when a new baby arrives people have and do order the dates in different formats on the same order. We have no way of knowing if it is for the same sign , different sign or a mistake this is why we advise double checking how its written before the order is submitted.
